Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions.
  • 3+ years of selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in new business development and high-value enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling six-figure enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions.
  • Strong experience engaging with C-level executives and security leaders.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, leveraging solution selling methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM, or Win by Design.
  • Partner & Channel Sales Experience – ability to leverage alliances to accelerate revenue.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory plan with clear short-, mid-, and long-term objectives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed ARR targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive new business development, including inbound lead follow-ups, outbound prospecting, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, working with multiple stakeholders across IT, security, and learning & development teams.
  • Position OffSec as a strategic partner to customers, helping them strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
  • Effectively engage and leverage partners, channels, and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast and ensure strong pipeline management.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, sales presentations, and executive briefings to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive customer success.
