Requirements:
  • 10+ years of business development experience with at least 5-6 years in dealing with large corporates.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong technical understanding of rubber blacks and experience in the Carbon Black industry.
  • Proven sales and business development expertise.
  • Proficiency in English and at least two European languages (Mandatory: German; Preferred: Dutch and French).

Responsibilities:
  • Drive technical services support for customers and develop new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Process Technology teams to propose product designs and performance tests.
  • Develop value-added product applications, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for product launches.
  • Lead on-site troubleshooting, trials, and routine quality checks for customers.
  • Generate new leads and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, new products, and industry trends.
  • Establish a brand identity by differentiating product quality and service.
