Requirements:
- 10+ years of business development experience with at least 5-6 years in dealing with large corporates.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong technical understanding of rubber blacks and experience in the Carbon Black industry.
- Proven sales and business development expertise.
- Proficiency in English and at least two European languages (Mandatory: German; Preferred: Dutch and French).
- Strong networking abilities in international markets.
- 70% technical knowledge and 30% sales experience balance.
- Ability to travel frequently across Europe for customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive technical services support for customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Process Technology teams to propose product designs and performance tests.
- Develop value-added product applications, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for product launches.
- Lead on-site troubleshooting, trials, and routine quality checks for customers.
- Generate new leads and develop strong customer relationships.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, new products, and industry trends.
- Establish a brand identity by differentiating product quality and service.
