- 5+ years of experience in a product management, or related product development role.
- Experience in experimentation (A/B, etc), prototyping, and hypothesis testing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data into engaging user experiences
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity driving 0 to 1 product development.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Responsibilities:

- Champion personalization through exceptional, tailored experiences that drive behavior change and engagement of prospective members.
- Drive with data and empathy by utilizing user insights and data analytics to enhance the user experience across distinct segments.
- Foster collaboration by leading and working with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, analytics + AI, and care teams, to bring your product vision to reality.
- Innovate from concept to launch, using experimentation and iteration to scale features and tools that delight users.
- Write clear and detailed PRDs and briefs that communicate the feature's purpose, market potential, success metrics, and the tasks needed for efficient and effective development and iteration.
