Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise software to CXO-level healthcare executives at large health systems.
- Familiar with the provider-facing technology landscape, particularly in areas such as medical scribing, clinical workflows, or hospital operations.
- Excel at navigating complex decision-making units, influencing stakeholders across different roles and priorities.
- Thrive in dynamic environments, balancing high levels of complexity and ambiguity to achieve results.
- Resourceful, proactive, and adept at driving significant outcomes within startup-level constraints.
- Collaborative team player with a low-ego approach, valuing the best ideas regardless of their origin.
- Willing and excited to travel up to 50%-70% of the time to build relationships and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise sales process end-to-end: prospecting, conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling product demos, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing contracts.
- Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers and champions, aligning with their goals to drive buy-in and ensure deal success.
- Communicate Ambience’s value and ROI effectively to both clinical and non-clinical executives, adapting your messaging to diverse audiences.
- Leverage marketing resources and strategies to accelerate account progress, including tradeshows, events, and targeted campaigns.
- Partner with founders and leadership to secure impactful, high-value partnerships.
