- Deep understanding of healthcare AI trends and key buyer personas to inform strategy.
- Works effectively with Product, Care Transformation, PMM, and Content teams to align messaging and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Build a case study pipeline with Care Transformation and Product teams, prioritizing high-impact customers.
- Create compelling case studies showcasing measurable outcomes (adoption, ROI, burnout reduction, patient care).
- Streamline approvals to ensure timely production and distribution.
- Engage analysts (Gartner, Elion, KLAS) through briefings and deliver analyst-ready materials (case studies, data sheets, white papers).
- Provide regular updates on product innovation, customer success, and market trends.
- Identify and engage key champions within health systems and industry networks.
- Develop structured engagement plans to keep champions informed, motivated, and advocating for Ambience.
- Equip champions with tailored messaging, collateral, and speaking opportunities (events, interviews, analyst briefings).
- Track and optimize engagement, measuring champions’ impact on brand perception and influence.
