Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years working within the Salesforce Partner ecosystem as or with an ISV partner, with System Implementation partners, or both
  • Consistent and measurable track record of success
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and individuals
Responsibilities:
  • Use your network to source and generate new business through our Salesforce partnership
  • Perform business development activities to generate net-new leads
  • Respond to inbound referral inquiries by referring them to the appropriate Sprout Social AEs. Ensure that leads are adequately qualified for seamless handoff. Track and follow opportunities to close
  • Create and deliver presentations both internally and externally on the value of our team’s working together; surface feedback on how our messaging resonates with Salesforce sellers
  • Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce’s internal structure, goals, and challenges with a constant eye towards ecosystem growth
  • Analyze account data and share insights both internally and externally, as applicable
  • Ensure the highest level of partner and customer satisfaction
  • Build an internal CRM of Salesforce AEs who participate in deal referrals to Sprout. Enable them so they can evangelize Sprout Social to their customers
