Requirements:
  • 10+ years of enterprise or strategic selling experience, particularly in SaaS, platform-as-a-service, or BPO solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales bookings with ARR targets exceeding $1M annually in the past 3 years.
  • Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies within the contact center space.
  • Deep understanding of KPIs and QA/Coaching processes in contact centers.
  • Strong background in supporting fast-growing B2C companies, especially in sectors like banking, insurance, healthcare, travel, hospitality, and telecom.
  • Exceptional skills in gathering market intelligence and reporting on competitive landscapes.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales process for 50 Fortune 250 prospects, driving them from consideration to purchase.
  • Partner with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Account Associates, Customer Success) to execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and proof of values.
  • Manage and forecast pipeline and targets on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to contribute valuable insights to the product roadmap and corporate strategy.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members while contributing to the development of company culture.
  • Lead high-visibility customer events, such as CABs, conferences, and product launches.
