Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and AMPscript
  • Strong expertise in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and its integration with Marketing Cloud and external data sources
  • Familiarity with Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Audience Segmentation in SFMC
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud APIs, Data Cloud connectors, and ETL processes
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, personalization, and campaign analytics
  • Experience with CDP platforms, data enrichment, and predictive analytics
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
  • Implement AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and SQL for advanced personalization and data-driven email campaigns.
  • Create and manage Data Extensions, ensuring proper data structuring for segmentation and personalization.
  • Develop and maintain custom APIs to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP) for real-time customer segmentation and activation.
  • Implement data ingestion pipelines and ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external data sources.
  • Leverage Data Cloud for predictive analytics, audience segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries within Automation Studio for segmentation, data manipulation, and ETL processes.
  • Develop custom scripts and integrations for enhanced Marketing Cloud functionality.
  • Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection regulations.
  • Implement security best practices for data management and customer identity resolution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure best practices in campaign execution and customer data usage.
