Requirements:

  • Partner with engineering, product and creative teams to allocate resources and ensure optimal productivity.
  • Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Organize and lead Agile activities such as planning sprints, daily meetings and conducting review sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices and workflows that improve team efficiency and project visibility.
  • Act as the primary connector between technical teams and business teams. Ensure that everyone understands the current status of projects and their expectations.
