Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and modern technical frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to define project scope, manage resources, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify risks.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Datadog, and collaboration platforms like Slack and Confluence.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority projects to ensure timely completion.
• Optimize processes alongside product, engineering, and design teams, running sprint retrospectives for feedback.
• Define project scope, timeline, and success criteria with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Support teams in technical challenges with a strong technical aptitude.
• Facilitate change management for team norms and culture.
• Identify critical path dependencies and create detailed work plans.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues quickly.
• Optimize resource utilization with team leaders.
• Establish metrics to measure project success and areas for improvement.
• Drive process improvements and implement efficient workflows.
• Ensure all critical project deliverables are completed and signed off.
