Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience at a high growth fintech company a plus
  • 1-2 years of financial audit experience (non-Big 4)
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting
  • Intermediate level Excel skills with experience working with large amounts of data

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and documentation of new accounting processes to enable Branch to scale
  • Assist in researching, establishing, and maintaining financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP
  • Leverage audit experience to enhance internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide support as needed to department and business leaders
  • Perform special projects as assigned
