Responsibilities:

• Interact with Dutch-speaking clients to assess their travel requirements and deliver personalized tourism solutions.
• Guide clients through inquiries related to travel bookings, packages, cancellations, and travel guidelines.
• Provide high-quality customer service through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Effectively resolve client concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Accurately log client interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality service and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with team members and tourism partners to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotions to offer the best advice to clients.
