Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development in the domains such as Retail/Merchandising, Outstaffing and Manufacturing
- Knowledge of RnD product launch methodology – cabinet research, cust dev, lead gen
- Knowledge of the startup, venture India landscape would be an advantage
- Strong BD experience and network in India
Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations across India.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and business partners to expand the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic roadmaps for entering and scaling in new markets, leveraging existing products and services.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in Services for Business domains such as Retail/Merchandising, Outstaffing, and Manufacturing.
- Act as a liaison between product, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all business functions.
- Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team to ensure branding, messaging, and market positioning resonate with target regions and industries.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across product, marketing, and sales functions to ensure business unit goals are met.
