Requirements:

- Act as the primary IT resource, providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Build and enforce security policies, manage user access controls, and protect company data against cyber threats and compliance risks.
- Develop the IT roadmap, scale infrastructure to support company growth, and evaluate new technologies to enhance operations.
- Select, negotiate, and manage IT vendors, ensuring cost-effective solutions and strategic partnerships.
