Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives, selling fund administration and software solutions to private equity GPs
- Cultivate a high-performance sales culture, motivating your team to exceed individual, team, and company targets
- Develop career advancement strategies for top performers and ensure succession planning for the sales organization
- Deeply understand Juniper Square’s solution set and the customer outcomes those solutions drive
- Maintain a deep connection to the private equity industry, extending your team’s network by fostering your own relationships and having a presence in the field, including at industry events and conferences
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, coaching your team on deal strategy and enhancing team members’ sales acumen
- Train your team on the nuances of private equity managers, helping them build credibility and develop relationships with GP finance executives (CFOs, Controllers, etc.)
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation and refine sales collateral and solution positioning
- Stay abreast of shifts in the competitive landscape, providing sales insights to product family General Managers
- Forecast team performance, providing clear reporting and actionable insight to executive management
