Requirements:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding experience.
  • Develop and maintain a structured timeline for employee onboarding.
  • Manage all aspects of the content development process including planning, content maintenance, and oversight and reporting of training completions.
  • Author and organize content for an internal audience with varying skill levels.
  • Review student feedback and metrics to understand how to iterate and improve the content.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop a prioritized content roadmap, launch new offerings, and monitor student progress.
