• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Stay abreast of recruitment trends and employment conditions in Italian-speaking markets
• Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their application progress
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all recruitment activities for tracking and reporting
