Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely responses to daily billing inquiries via Zendesk, delivering exceptional customer service and swift issue resolution.
- Process a high volume of purchase orders and generate accurate invoices through Stripe, maintaining efficiency and precision.
- Conduct daily cash applications to Stripe and NetSuite invoices, resolving payment discrepancies promptly.
- Manage tax exemption certificates in Avalara to ensure compliance with tax regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Identify, develop, and implement efficient billing procedures within Stripe for B2C customers, enhancing overall workflow.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes and address any discrepancies or challenges.
- Generate month-end reports for receivables and collections, analyzing data to improve aged receivables through strategic follow-ups.
- Handle customer refunds and credit calculations tailored to internal team needs.
- Participate in ad hoc projects, including system implementations and user acceptance testing.
