Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for various roles with a focus on Swedish-speaking candidates
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Stay informed about recruitment trends and labor market developments in Sweden
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates regarding their application status
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all recruitment activities to facilitate tracking and reporting
