• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles with a focus on Norwegian-speaking candidates
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
• Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout their recruitment experience
• Stay current on recruitment trends and workforce developments in Norway
• Provide consistent updates and feedback to candidates about their application status
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all recruitment activities for tracking and reporting purposes
