Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a hunter sales role within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to close net-new logos and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in selling into mid-market or enterprise-level organizations in the ASEAN region.
  • Strong sales acumen with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent prospecting and pipeline-building skills using modern sales tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win new business.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities within the ASEAN region.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to target high-potential prospects in your territory.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through proactive pipeline management and disciplined deal progression.
  • Leverage a combination of cold outreach, social selling, events, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Partner with the partners & marketing team to maximize campaign success and drive demand generation efforts.
  • Conduct compelling discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and requirements.
  • Present the company's SaaS solutions with clarity, demonstrating tangible business value to C-level and decision-making stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence and foster new connections.
  • Collaborate closely with Distributors and Partners to strengthen relationships and drive mutual business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product) to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM, providing sales forecasts and reporting key metrics to leadership.
