Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Partner Operations, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with PRM (Impartner), CIM, and Ecosystem revenue platforms (Crossbeam)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and issues from Sift’s Partner Managers.
- Streamline and optimize partner onboarding, training, and enablement processes. Implement and manage partner performance metrics and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute partner-driven revenue strategies.
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to align partner operations with overall company goals. Coordinate with product, finance, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records in CRM and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create partner-specific materials, enablement tools, and reporting frameworks. Develop and maintain process documentation.
