Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in copywriting or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Strong ability to translate technical product features into customer-focused benefits
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience with CRO principles and creating conversion-focused content
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage feedback constructively and iterate quickly
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, healthcare software, or the healthcare industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Write engaging website copy, landing pages, one-sheets, lead magnets, and conversion-optimized materials that reflect Tebra’s product value and benefits.
  • Develop and refine CRO copy for our resource hub (The Intake) to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation. Experiment with prompt engineering to generate better results, refine messaging, and uncover innovative ideas.
  • Maintain a messaging spreadsheet that captures and evolves Tebra’s key product features and benefits.
  • Review and polish social media content, case studies, and other collateral to ensure clarity and consistency and maintain brand consistency.
  • Partner with the marketing team to align messaging and participate in brainstorming sessions, creative ideation, and feedback cycles.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare topics, and competitor strategies to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
