Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or fintech.
- Proven track record of closing high-impact partnerships with blockchain projects, L1/L2 networks, DeFi protocols, or DAOs.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, smart contracts, indexing solutions, and decentralised infrastructure.
- Strong network within the crypto space (developers, protocols, VCs, DAOs, and ecosystem leaders).
- Ability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for partnerships and integrations.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience in pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and growth KPIs.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development & partnerships strategy to grow SQD.AI’s ecosystem.
- Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships with blockchain protocols, dApps, and enterprises.
- Build strong relationships with Layer 1s, Layer 2s, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, and Web3 infrastructure providers.
- Lead deal negotiations, partnership structuring, and integration planning.
- Represent SQD.AI at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partnership goals.
- Track key business metrics, revenue opportunities, and market trends to optimize strategy.
- Drive new revenue streams through strategic collaborations, enterprise deals, and developer engagement programs.
