Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of B2B marketing experience
  • The proven ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns, and track & evaluate results
  • A creative problem solver capable of navigating a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our customers (future, current and past ones) and their buyer journey
  • Define and implement programmatic campaigns that align with quarterly initiatives
  • Determine and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success across the buyer’s journey
  • Own our customer advocacy program across third-party sites like G2, TrustRadius and more
  • Create and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app notifications, re-targeting and more
  • Manage monthly communications with customers
  • Support webinar planning, strategy and execution
  • Write & edit copy for webcast abstracts, emails and more
  • QA and approve lifecycle communications
  • Continue, evolve and manage our peer review programs across TrustRadius, G2, Capterra and more
  • Coordinate complex lifecycle workflows from end to end
  • Project manage lifecycle campaigns from conception to reporting
  • Define content strategy to support lifecycle campaigns
