Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing within a SaaS subscription company.
• Proven success in lifecycle marketing programs in a PLG funnel.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription business models.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data translation into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management skills for handling multiple initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
• Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, Appcues, Google Analytics, Mode/Snowflake, SQL, and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a lifecycle marketing strategy for customer journey stages.
• Lead onboarding programs for new users to boost product adoption.
• Design and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for conversion and retention.
• Utilize analytics to monitor performance and conduct testing to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle initiatives with product and sales strategies.
