Requirements:

• Advanced expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) with proven experience leading agile teams.
• Strong facilitation skills in Scrum ceremonies and team meetings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and guiding them towards successful project delivery.
• Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS is a plus.
• Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration.
• Act as a coach and mentor for cross-functional teams, promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage and resolve conflicts within teams to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
• Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Guide the team in overcoming obstacles and remove impediments to ensure continuous progress.
• Track and report on project progress, helping to improve transparency and accountability.
• Ensure the effective use of agile tools like Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and monitor performance.
