Responsibilities:

- Ensure all program resources, videos, and materials are properly organized and accessible
- Create and optimize automated workflows for program delivery
- Monitor program delivery metrics and implement systematic improvements
- Coordinate with Innovation team to implement curriculum updates and new features
- Develop and maintain KPIs for tracking program effectiveness
- Build data visualization and reporting systems for leadership decision-making
- Serve as the operational bridge between Customer Success, Innovation, and Program Delivery teams
- Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate cross-team initiatives
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation across departments
- Identify operational constraints and develop solutions for scaling
- Oversee implementation of AI tools and automation across program delivery
- Work with technical teams to architect and improve AI-powered workflows
- Stay current with AI developments and identify opportunities for implementation
- Document and share best practices for AI utilization across the organization
- Build and manage a team of virtual assistants and support staff
- Create standard operating procedures and training materials
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
