  • Create and optimize automated workflows for program delivery
  • Monitor program delivery metrics and implement systematic improvements
  • Coordinate with Innovation team to implement curriculum updates and new features
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for tracking program effectiveness
  • Build data visualization and reporting systems for leadership decision-making
  • Serve as the operational bridge between Customer Success, Innovation, and Program Delivery teams
  • Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate cross-team initiatives
  • Manage project timelines and resource allocation across departments
  • Identify operational constraints and develop solutions for scaling
  • Oversee implementation of AI tools and automation across program delivery
  • Work with technical teams to architect and improve AI-powered workflows
  • Stay current with AI developments and identify opportunities for implementation
  • Document and share best practices for AI utilization across the organization
  • Build and manage a team of virtual assistants and support staff
  • Create standard operating procedures and training materials
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
