Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
• 2+ years of experience in Market analysis, Strategy development, Competitive Intelligence, Product management, Compliance, Forecasting, and Collaboration
• Intermediate Financial Reporting/Building Reports skills
• 2+ years experience with Office Suite, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Snowflake

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products
• Create strategies to meet business goals and competitive positioning
• Understand how competitors price and manage their business
• Manage the post implementation product lifecycle, including pricing, underwriting, and distribution to help improve product effectiveness
• Ensure all products meet state-specific compliance requirements
• Analyze and prepare forecasts of product premium growth
• Work with sales, underwriting, actuarial and service to meet product goals
