Technical Lead (Code Review Project)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing code review and static analysis tools
• Proficiency in Python, AST parsing, and CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Ability to integrate tools into DevOps workflows
• Deep understanding of code review: security, performance, and style
• Experience working in Agile teams

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a code review system for multiple languages
• Use advanced code analysis techniques (e.g., AST parsing, control flow analysis) to detect bugs, style issues, and security vulnerabilities
• Customize the tool to meet team-specific needs
• Integrate the tool with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)
• Collaborate with DevOps for smooth deployment and maintenance
• Define and enforce code review standards, including style, security, and performance checks
• Provide feedback on pull requests and automate repetitive checks
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and adapt the tool accordingly
• Research emerging tools and techniques to improve the reviewer
