Requirements:
  • Channel Marketing Expertise – Proven experience in B2B partner marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or managed services (insurance a plus).
  • Strategic GTM Execution – Proven ability to develop and launch scalable joint marketing programs that drive sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong Communication & Storytelling – Ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with MSPs, insurance brokers, and their clients.
  • Data-Driven & ROI-Focused – Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM specifically HubSpot, Introw and other relevant partner platforms
  • Project Management & Execution – Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Management – Skilled at partner engagement, negotiation, and enablement to drive collaboration and success.
  • Cyber security background an advantage – Understanding of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and compliance challenges facing businesses today would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop & execute scalable and measurable partner marketing strategies tailored for MSPs and insurance brokers to drive the acquisition of new partners, onboard them and activate them / their customers to generate repeatable revenue.
  • Create compelling co-branded campaigns and work collaboratively across the marketing and GTM teams to execute across all channels and countries.
  • Build and deliver sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, and other content in close collaboration with content and business development teams.
  • Run webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives to educate partners and their clients.
  • Optimise partner onboarding and training programs to strengthen their expertise and increase sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with revenue, product marketing, and field marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance and partner engagement, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive threats to identify new partnership and marketing opportunities.
