Requirements:
  • Experienced product leader with a track record of designing innovative products and experiences, launching software quickly with high quality, measuring results and achieving business outcomes
  • Experienced technical leader, having led complex software projects, (experience with ML is a bonus!), that pertain to shopper loyalty programs, product catalogs and merchandising, ecommerce basket building, or affiliate programs
  • Hypothesis and data-driven to inform priorities and decision making, conceive experiments, measure outcomes and improve understanding around consumer focused experiences
  • An effective communicator and collaborator including with engineering, Design/UX, analytics, operational departments and external partners where necessary
  • Able to thrive in uncertainty and comfortable with a high degree of ownership and bias for action; you’re a driver rather than a passenger
  • Takes charge and steers the ship by defining your vision, not simply executing previously set priorities
Responsibilities:
  • Set the mission, vision, and strategy for your initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders
  • Immerse yourself in the Fetch consumer and partner needs and become an expert in your subject area
  • Use a combination of product instincts and data to drive decisions and results
  • Collaborate with Backend and Data science leaders on strategies to drive Fetch toward high performing and outcome driven systems for our shopping focused point earning mechanics
  • Collaborate with product and software engineering leaders to define, execute and launch innovative product enhancements
  • Consistently demonstrate clear improvements to user, partner, and business metrics
  • Drive initiatives to elevate the abilities of our product, team, and the overall company
  • Get into the DETAILS to ensure we build a world-class product that our consumers and partners love and cannot live without
  • No excuses; take ownership and responsibility for outcomes, and be ready to take action to remediate issues and solve tough problems in a fast-paced environment
