Requirements:
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks such as SpecFlow or Reqnroll.
- Strong knowledge of testing strategies, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with web testing tools and techniques, including browser automation and API testing.
- Experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar for browser automation.
- Familiarity with integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using C#, .NET, Playwright, and frameworks like SpecFlow or Reqnr oll (BDD).
- Develop and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and ease o f use.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute automated tests for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. Analyze test results and log defects with actionable steps for resolution.
- Work closely with product owners and developers to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to build comprehensive test cases.
- Regularly update automated test cases to account for changes in application functionality and ensure the stability of test suites.
- Document automation processes, test cases, and defect reports for better transparency and traceability.
