Requirements:
  • You have solid experience selling through broker networks, such as by working with brokers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), insurance sales organizations, or in a key account role within an insurance company.
  • You are experienced in distribution, marketplace or reseller partnerships.
  • You possess analytical skills and strategic planning abilities, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A team player by nature, you strive to find effective solutions and work towards ambitious targets.
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and you’re fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside our marketing team to design targeted marketing initiatives that strengthen broker relationships and attract clients.
  • Collaborate with our tech, sales, marketing, and insurance teams to implement strategies that enhance the value we provide to brokers and their clients.
