Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of managing accounts with $300K+ ARR, focusing on renewals and expanding usage of the software.
  • Experience closing $100K+ upsell deals.
  • Experience selling into global organizations.
  • Key accounts experience, managing a small subset of large accounts.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • SaaS sales experience required.
  • Able to communicate at an executive level but also build deep relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Have sold marketing or creative software.
  • HubSpot or Salesforce usage is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to achieve renewal and expansion goals.
  • Build actionable account plans that could span from 6 to 18 months.
  • Be fully immersed in the entire customer experience, engaging with users, influencers, and decision-makers at all levels within the organization.
  • Ensure that Ceros remains a deeply integrated, indispensable tool (“sticky”) within the organization to not only secure renewals but also drive growth through expanded use cases, new teams, regions, and divisions.
  • Proactively engage with clients to prevent budget cuts, staying ahead of any challenges they may face while positioning Ceros as a long-term, strategic partner.
  • Manage and prioritize a rolling pipeline, focusing on expanding within existing client relationships.
  • Act as a liaison for customer and prospect feedback to the business and product owners.
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns and strategies aimed at expanding client engagement.
  • Maintain strong visibility across your accounts, ensuring constant communication and proactive engagement at all levels.
