- Expertise in email marketing, with proficiency in Iterable.
- Social media channel management experience required.
- Experience with paid ads/performance marketing is a plus.

- Curious and data-driven mindset, with a commitment to staying on top of the latest marketing trends and technologies, including AI-driven marketing solutions.

- Experience marketing products or services for youth and adolescents is preferred but not required. Daybreak will provide training on adolescent mental health to the selected candidate without direct experience.
- Expand referral sources beyond school staff by activating parents/guardians, pediatricians, and community-based organizations, and optimizing the existing referral funnel for school-based referrals.
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy.
- Write engaging content for digital channels and conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging effectiveness.
- Lead Daybreak’s internal User Engagement forum, analyzing digital marketing performance and refining strategies accordingly.
- Use data-driven insights to assess campaign performance and pivot strategies as needed.
- Report key findings and growth initiatives to the Chief Growth Officer, providing recommendations for scaling successful efforts.
