Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role, including 2 years of HRBP experience
  • Experience working in the SaaS/Tech space
  • Experience working with a variety of HR tools- Culture Amp, Sequoia One, All Voices, Deel and HRIS implementation experience a plus
  • Desire to work in a start-up environment where resources are still being built out and refined
  • Ability and desire to work autonomously and navigate through ambiguity as the company scales
  • Proven track record of creating and scaling successful HR processes and programs
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, and leaders, fostering a positive, inclusive, and equitable employee experience.
  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of employee files and HR records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize the HR tech stack, including systems like SequoiaOne, Deel, and other employee platforms.
  • Ensure accurate employee data management and provide actionable insights by analyzing people-related metrics.
  • Coordinate and support benefit programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and work with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Maintain HR policies and employee handbooks, updating them as needed to reflect changing regulations and organizational needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and implement tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and roll out HR solutions that align with company growth and employee needs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People on the development and implementation of people-focused programs in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Support manager training and development efforts without the need to own all strategic programs.
  • Ensure company values are embedded in people practices and initiatives.
  • Promote a vibrant, remote-first work culture that supports employee engagement and connection.
