Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester in fintech or crypto environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous approach to finding and reporting defects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate software functionality, security, and performance.
• Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects, working with the development team to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues.
• Performance Testing: Ensure the platform's performance and scalability meet high-frequency trading demands and optimize response times.
• Security Testing: Test security protocols to ensure platform integrity, data protection, and regulatory compliance specific to the cryptocurrency industry.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high standards of software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Regression & Release Testing: Perform comprehensive regression testing before releases and hotfixes, ensuring no new issues are introduced.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test cases, defect logs, and testing processes to support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
