Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience within the pharma/biotech/CRO industry.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including the capability to identify, develop, and manage sales leads while professionally presenting services.
- High proficiency in PC and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Sales Tools/CRM systems and SalesForce.
- Robust organisational, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Self-confidence and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Contracts & Proposals, Senior Operational Departments) to ensure seamless sales integration.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent our services professionally in client meetings, proposals, and bid presentations.
