Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 7+ years (recent) in tech recruitment.
  • Proven experience sourcing Latin American talent for U.S. companies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing automation tools.
  • Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish) – a must-have.
  • Ability to work independently while also mentoring a small team.
  • Highly structured and process-driven, yet flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for software engineers, developers, and other tech roles.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools to identify top candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and cultural fit interviews as needed.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Improve our time-to-hire and precision-to-hire (ensuring we present the right candidates faster).
  • Develop structured interview and assessment frameworks to enhance candidate selection accuracy.
  • Optimize and document recruitment processes, making them scalable and repeatable.
  • Expand and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand roles.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in Latin America’s tech talent space.
  • Occasionally interact with U.S. clients to understand their hiring needs better.
  • Align recruitment strategies with business goals and hiring forecasts.
  • Train and mentor junior recruiters as needed.
