Requirements:
- 1+ years of recent experience as a B2C Setter or Sales Development Representative; a sales course certification from an organization like Grant Cardone or Jeremy Miner preferred
- Experience conducting sales calls that end in a closed deal
- Unwavering focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Highly coachable and open to feedback to continuously improve performance in 1 on 1 and group settings during daily team meetings
- High energy, outgoing personality, and strong English fluency to engage and communicate effectively with customers
- Commitment to a 50+ hour work week, including flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and mornings
- Proficiency in computer and CRM skills, HubSpot preferred
Responsibilities:
- Start every day with a drive to exceed your given sales KPIs, constantly optimizing your sales pipeline for success
- Conduct 5-7 hour-long, real-time, scripted sales calls daily with prospects via phone and Zoom
- Attend mandatory daily team meetings each morning
- Demonstrate a relentless work ethic with impeccable attention to detail and unparalleled customer service and objection handling, addressing every customer question or concern
- Drive team momentum by setting leads with closers, nurturing and following up with leads
- Handle the onboarding process for new software enrollments, conduct the initial sales discovery, and relay crucial information to Closers to ensure client conversion
