Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on high-level enterprise partnerships.
Proven track record in management consulting (Big 4).
Deep connections within financial markets and/or enterprise ecosystems in North America or Europe.
Prior experience in blockchain technology, including an understanding of Ethereum scaling solutions and decentralized infrastructure.
Expertise in coordinating and delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract enterprise-level partners in financial markets and beyond.
Build and nurture relationships with financial institutions, SaaS providers, and large enterprises to drive adoption of Gateway.fm's Web3 solutions.
Identify, evaluate, and close partnership opportunities that align with Gateway.fm’s mission and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Growth, to effectively position Gateway.fm in key markets.
Act as a liaison between enterprise partners and the Gateway.fm team to ensure successful project coordination and delivery.
Stay updated on blockchain technology trends and translate technical concepts into enterprise-ready solutions.
