Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer success, deployment, or account management role
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from large data sets
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and manage deployments of Kinetic’s technology in a variety of industrial client environments
- Help customers realize the benefits of our system by guiding them in device deployment, worker participation techniques, and continued review against success criteria
- Present to a variety of groups including C-Level executive team, site managers and industrial workers to train them on Kinetic’s technology and workplace safety program
- As a trusted advisor, provide consultation, additional training, support, ongoing feedback, and in-depth data analysis against goals for the life of your deployments
- Analyze device data to identify safety issues at customer sites
- Correlate our dashboard data (reduction in unsafe movements) to customer’s reduction in injury rates, and calculate ROI’s
