Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in large-scale trading data platforms
• Expertise in Rust (or C++), Python, and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles
• Experience with financial services data workflows
• Extensive experience in cloud-native architectures
• Proficient in GitOps tools and methodologies
• Strong background in DevSecFinOps
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
• Experience managing engineering teams

Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain trading data platforms
• Apply data engineering principles for scalable data pipelines
• Ensure integration between trading operations and backoffice systems
• Lead cloud-native infrastructure initiatives with AWS and Kubernetes
• Implement GitOps-driven workflows
• Foster a DevSecFinOps culture
• Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
