Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing Linux systems in production environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Ability to deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads with tools like Helm and ArgoCD.
• Experience managing blockchain nodes in a production environment.
• Expertise in observability stacks like Prometheus and Grafana.
• English - level B2+.

Responsibilities:

• Help design and maintain infrastructure for the Polkadot ecosystem and Substrate-based parachains.
• Deploy and manage high availability Kubernetes workloads.
• Operate and optimize validator and collator nodes.
• Monitor blockchain-specific metrics and ensure node uptime.
• Develop observability solutions using monitoring tools.
• Establish incident response protocols and drive post-mortem analysis.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for automating deployments.
• Collaborate with engineers and mentor team members.
