Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably in financial and marketing services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
• Strong financial acumen for discussions related to fees and finances.
• Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM system.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Source new clients through cold calling and social media prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout the assigned geography and set up in-person meetings with decision makers.
• Maintain a positive attitude to generate great first impressions and build relationships.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure goals are met.
• Manage all sales activity and follow up in the CRM system (Salesforce).
