  • Handle ad hoc HR issues, ensuring employees can provide feedback.
  • Design and enhance the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with leadership on people initiatives to improve and maintain a people-focused organization.
  • Enhance the HR tech stack and manage employment contracts in coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Promote company values in a remote multi-cultural context.
  • Support the leadership team in defining OKRs.
