Requirements:

  • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) for analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue through paid social channels, acquiring new customers and engaging existing ones on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, requiring occasional weekend monitoring.
  • Report on channel performance, pulling data daily and creating a reporting process for the team.
  • Develop and maintain a testing roadmap for creative, audience, and placements.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Influencer, and Optimization teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Work with Merchandising & Inventory teams to prioritize ads based on inventory levels.
  • Manage relationships with external ad reps and networks to stay updated on best practices.
