Requirements:

• BS degree in a life science.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant clinical experience in medical devices.
• At least three years of full-cycle clinical project management experience.
• Knowledge of US clinical research and medical device regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and people skills.
• Proficient in PC software, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage clinical studies to support clinical operation goals.
• Ensure research compliance with regulatory standards.
• Independently handle all clinical study phases, including document management and site recruitment.
• Evaluate and qualify clinical sites for compliance.
• Prepare monitoring guidelines and training materials.
• Manage and train CRAs and conduct site visits.
• Provide technical support and monitor study data.
• Assist in budgeting and vendor management for clinical services.
