Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably hiring for marketing, digital, or agency roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or Pro, Boolean searches and proactive outreach.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with US and international hiring standards.
  • Organized and process-driven. High attention to detail.
  • C1 or C2 native or fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Engaging personality, comfortable speaking to candidates from various backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Driven, self-starter personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top candidates for marketing, sales, and operations roles.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage and improve the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth hiring journey.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Continuously improve our hiring processes to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Develop job descriptions that attract high-caliber candidates while reflecting our company culture.
  • Identify and implement new ways to make us a more competitive employer.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on candidate expectations.
  • Maintain clear and organized recruitment tracking systems (Breezy, ATS, or similar).
  • Provide regular updates on hiring metrics and pipeline progress.
